Returns + Exchanges
Don’t worry, you have 14 days in a row, after receiving your order, to exchange or return a product. We do not accept exchanges or returns of modified, washed, clearly used or damaged clothes. Please be careful when you try the product on, we cannot accept it with make-up stains or any kind of odor.
Please notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org providing your order’s number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the following address:

Customers are responsible for the total cost of return shipping. Should your return package incur any import taxes or duties, we will deduct any additional costs related to your shipment from your refund. For your protection, we highly recommend that you ship with a reliable carrier including tracking and insurance as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
Once a package is received, checked, and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 10 days.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please request a return and create a new order with the correct item.
Exchange Costs in Portugal & Spain
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com If you’d like to exchange your item to a different size, this can be done after you have sent us the old item in its original form, then we’ll send you your new desired size free of charge.
